Ingredients used in Red Chiili - Chicken Gravy
• Small onion - chopped finely - 1/2 cup.
• Red chilli - finely chopped - 100 grams.
• Coconut - cut into pieces - 1/2 cup.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Oil - 100 grams.
Method:
1. Heat the oil and fry onion until brown . 2. Add red chilli along with the Chicken and keep it in low flame and add Salt to taste. 3. Mix them well and close the lid to cook . 4. Add water acc to the frac34; litre and allow it to cook for 45 mins . 5. Heat the oil in another vessel and fry the cut pieces of coconut and keep it aside. 6. After the water gets drained add the fried coconut pieces and serve .
