SEMIYA COCONUT BATH

Ingredients used in SEMIYA COCONUT BATH
• Vermicelli - 200 grams.
• Coconut - 1 numbers.
• Lemons - 2 numbers.
• Peanuts - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cashew nuts - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - 6 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Dry red chillies - 2 numbers.
• Tempering seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
1. Boil vermicelli in water add salt, oil and strain it.Then add some water to it. 2. Heat oil in pan add tempering, Dry red chilies, green chilies, Curry leaves and after sauting add grated coconut. 3. After 1 minute add vermicelli and mix it, then add ground nuts, cashew nuts, coriander leaves saute it for 5 minutes and remove from flame. 4. Lastly add lemon juice and serve it by adding salt. 5. Now the dish is ready to serve hot or cool.
