• Lal mirch powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Pani me bhigi kishmish - 2 tablespoons.
• Haldi - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Saunf powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Parwal ka guda jo parwal se nikala tha - .

Method:
SHAHI BHARWAN PARWAL Method - chhile hue parwl ko namak mile boiled pani me 4-5 min tak ubale aur bahar nikal len.
