Ingredients used in Special Egg Roast
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves - 5-6 numbers.
• Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chilly powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomato - 1 big.
• Onion - 2 big.
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves - to garnish .
Method:

Add a little salt and chilly powder to the 2 eggs . Beat it nicely and keep it aside. In a pan, take some oil and heat it. Add the chopped onions and cook it till golden brown. Add curry leaves to it. Add the coriander powder, chilly powder and salt and saute it for some time. Then add the tomatoes and cook till mashed up. To this mixture add the beaten eggs and mix it nicely with the mixture until the eggs are nicely cooked. Last add the garam masala and mix nicely. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
