Ingredients used in Spinach Chicken
• Termaric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Bay leaf - 2 numbers.
• Cloves - 4 numbers.
• Green chilli - 5-6 numbers.
• Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger, garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Tamato - chopped - 1 small.
• Onion - chopped - 1 small.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
• Black peper - 6 numbers.
• Green cardamon - 2 numbers.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
Cut chicken in medium size pieces. Make paste of spinach and green chilli in blender. Heat oil in a pan add cloves,bay leaf, black peper, cardamon then add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste fry that untill get lil brown. Add chopped tamato and add coriander powder, termaric powder , red chilli powder fry these ingredent for 5 minutes on medium heat. Now add spinach paste mix it well and then add chicken and salt. Be carefull about salt because spinach is salty in taste. Cover the pan and cook this for 20 minutes or untill chicken is cooked on slow heat.
