Ingredients used in TOFU BHURJI
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chilies(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Tomatoes(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Tofu(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Spring onions(chopped) - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions and saute it, later add green chillies, turmeric powder, tomatoes and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  • To it add tofu, coriander powder, salt and saute it.
  • Atlast add coriander leaves, spring onions, lime juice and saute it, later switch off flame.

Now tofu bhurji is ready to serve.
