Deep fry coconut,red chillies and corriander seeds till they turn dark brown in colour.
Beat the mixture in a blender in a semi-solid form.Keep it aside.
Keep a cup of tamarind water.
Pour oil,add mustard seeds,red chilly,curry leaves.
When it starts to pop, add small onions,fry a little for 2mins.
Put salt and turmeric powder.
Fry a little and add tamarind water.
Let it boil for 4mins.
Add the blended mixture and let it boil for 4mins.
The THEEYAL is ready to serve with hot rice or dosa.
