Ingredients used in ullipaya pulusu
• salt To Taste.
• green chilli 6 Numbers.
• curry leaves 2 Numbers.
• red chilli 2 Numbers.
• Garlic 6 Numbers.
• cumin seeds 10 Grams.
• tamarind juice 30 Grams.
• onions 1/2 Lbs.
• Oil 3 Tablespoons.
• chopped Coriander Leaves 1/4 Cup.
How to make the recipe:
1.take a Kadai and heat oil in that 2.add cumin seeds, red chilli ,curry leaves and chopped onions, fry it till onions turn brown 3.add green chilli fry it for 2 mins and then add tamarind juice to it and boil it for 5 mins 4.finally garnish with coriander leaves.
