Ingredients used in VAGHARELA BHAAT
• Oil - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Black cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• French beans(long pieces) - 1/2 cup.
• Carrots(long pieces) - 1/2 cup.
• Potato((long pieces) - 1/2 cup.
• Cauliflower - 1/2 cup.
• Ground nuts - 1/4 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Green peas - 1/2 cup.
• Paneer(pieces) - 1 cup.
• Basmathi rice(cooked) - 2 cup.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 number.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add black cumin seeds, french beans, carrots, potato, turmeric powder, cauliflower, ground nuts, green chilies, little salt and saute it, later cook it with lid on it.
  • To it add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, little salt, tomatoes, little water and mix it, later cook for 2 minutes with lid on it.
  • Remove lid add green peas, paneer, cooked rice, coriander leaves and saute it. To it add ghee and place lid cook on slow flame.

Now vagharela bhaat is ready to serve.
