Ingredients used in Veggie Keema Fry
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Chili powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Dhania powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 2 teaspoons.
• Frozen peas - 1/2 cup.
• Onion - 1 large.
• Soya granules(ruchi ,meal maker or any other) - 2 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1 small.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
Method:Soak Granules in hot salted water for around 1/2 hour (alternative:add water and salt to the granules and microwave for 4 mins and set aside).After that, squeeze all the water and keep it ready. In a pan add oil and chopped onions and dhania powder and fry on medium flame until tender.Then add ginger garlic paste and fry a little and add the drained granules and keep the lid and cook for a while(soya when overcooked become soggy ,so be careful) Remove the lid add peas and salt,chili powder and turmeric and cook until peas are done.Now cook without the lid and fry untill all the water evoporates.Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot with Rice.
