Directions | How to make Curry Leaves Mutton - Revised
 
Wash and pressure cook the mutton pieces with turmeric and salt for about 3-4 whistles or until cooked. Heat oil in a pan, then add cinnaon and cloves. Add sliced onions and fry until light brown, then add mutton pieces, fry well. Add ginger - garlic paste, fry well Add chilli and cinnamon-clove powder and fry well. Add coriander powder, fry well. Finally add the curry leaves and fry well. Serve hot.
Recipe Tips
Remember to fry well at each addition. It can also be made with chicken.
