Recipe of Akoori
|Finely Chopped Tomato||1||Numbers|
|Finely Chopped Onions||2||Numbers|
|Finely Chopped Green Chilies||2||Numbers|
|Finely Chopped Coriander||2||Tablespoons|
- Fry onions in oil or ghee till they turn soft. • Add chillies, coriander and tomato. • Mix well and cook the mixture for 3 minutes.
- Remove from fire. • Beat the eggs in a bowl till thoroughly blended. • Add it to the onion mixture and stir. • Add salt and keep the pan on fire. • Keep stirring all the time. • Cook till the eggs become soft. • Akoori is ready.
