Recipe of Akoori

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Finely Chopped Tomato 1 Numbers
Finely Chopped Onions 2 Numbers
Finely Chopped Green Chilies 2 Numbers
Finely Chopped Coriander 2 Tablespoons
Eggs 4 Numbers
Vegetable Oil 3 Tablespoons
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoons


  1. Fry onions in oil or ghee till they turn soft. • Add chillies, coriander and tomato. • Mix well and cook the mixture for 3 minutes. 
  2. Remove from fire. • Beat the eggs in a bowl till thoroughly blended. • Add it to the onion mixture and stir. • Add salt and keep the pan on fire. • Keep stirring all the time. • Cook till the eggs become soft. • Akoori is ready.
