Baked fish is made with a whole sea bass blended with fresh herbs and garlic and baked on a bed of fresh vegetables. Makes a healthy and nutritious dish bursting with nice flavors of the herbs, crushed garlic and lemon juice.

Recipe of Baked Fish

Bell Pepper 1 Numbers
Onion 1 Numbers
Potato 1 Numbers
Coriander Pdr 1 Teaspoons
Chilli Pdr 1/2 Teaspoons
Salt 1 To Taste
Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons
Garlic 5 Clove
Corinader Leaves 1/2 Bunch
Dill Leaves 1/8 Bunch
Bass Fish 1 Numbers


  1.  marinate the fish with crushed garlic,dill and coriander leaves marinade as shown
  2. baked in the oven first 20 min one side and 10 min on the other side or till it is done
  3. serve hot with curry sauce as shown

Wow - this recipe is great. I made it with whole Branzino instead of Bass, and it was amazing. And pretty easy: just crush up the mixture, make some slices in the fish, put the mixture inside the fish and into the slices and bake on a bed of whatever veggies you want. Perfect. Will make it again several times.

Be sure to add a big pinch of salt to the mixture you crush up and rub onto the fish - it doesn't mention it in the printed recipe, but that's important. And I toss the veggies in some salt and olive oil, too. Cooked veggies without salt taste no good!!
