Recipe of Broccoli curry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoons
Corriander Powder 2 Teaspoons
Salt 1 Teaspoons
Broccoli 2 Bunch
Mustard Seeds 0.5 Teaspoons
Urad Dal 2 Teaspoons
Oil 1 Tablespoons


Wash and cut broccoli into small florets. Take a large pan add oil. Now add mustard seeds. After spluttering add urad dhal. Then add the cut florets and salt. cover and cook in medium high flame until it cooks fully and becomes soft. Now add corriander and chilli powder. Mix nicely. Cover and cook in low flame for further 3 to 4 mins. Serve hot with chapathi/roti.

they r delicious soup and chutny are yummy .my hubby brought home broccoili but i had see mostly in salads so i though how to eat it i dont like salad then my friend told me about varehvah ,immediatly i checked it and i tried every thing ....................yummy
