Ingredients used in Snow White Egg With Potatoes
• Potato (boiled and mashed) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 1-2 numbers.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chat masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn flour - 1-2 teaspoons.
• Boiled egg - 1 number.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Egg (white) - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Take a bowl and add potato, green chillies, garlic, chat masala, soya sauce, coriander leaves, salt, corn flour and mix nicely to make a dough. In a plate add boiled and chopped egg, pepper powder, salt and mix nicely. Take small dumpling of potato mixture and make well shape and stuff egg mixture and close the edges and make a round shape. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them on all sides. Whisk egg white and pour it on top of potato and place lid and cook it. Now snow white egg with potatoes is ready to serve with sauce.
