CORN JADE SOUP

Ingredients used in CORN JADE SOUP
• Spinach(chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Bell pepper(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Green chili - 1 number.
• Celery - 1/2 bunch.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Spring onion(white portion) - 1 number.
• Carrot(julians) - 1/4 cup.
• French beans(julians) - 1/4 cup.
• Sweet corn - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn starch - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Add spinach in a pan and saute it then add coriander leaves and saute it again.
  • Add bell pepper, green chilli, celery and saute it and transfer it into blender and make green smooth paste.
  • Heat ½ tablespoon oil in a pan and add garlic, spring onion white, carrot, french beans, sweet corn and saute it.
  • Add green smooth paste, little water, salt and allow it to boil.
  • Add pinch of sugar and boil it then add cornstarch mixed in little water.
  • When the soup is thickened switch off the flame.

Now the hot soup is ready to serve.
