Recipe of Dal Stuffed Poori

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
For Poori Slice
Green Chillies 6-7 Numbers
Salt ---- To Taste
Coconut Powder 3 Teaspoons
Urad Dal 1 Teaspoons
Musturd Seeds 1 Teaspoons
Curry Leaves 1/2 Bunch
Urad Dal 1 Cup
Channa Dal 1 Cup
For Stuffing ---- Bag
Maida 3 Cup
Water 1 Cup
Salt To Taste
Oil To Fry


1. Soak Urad Dal,Channa Dal in water for 1hr 2. Now blend soaked dal with chillies. 3. Now put Pan and heat Oil and put musturd seeds, urad dal,curry leaves. 4. Add the blended mixture and fry till it is dry. 5. Mix maida,salt and water and make dough like poori dough. 6.Now make poori and put spoon full of dal mixture in the middle and seal it. 7. Now again make poori and deep fry in oil.
