Recipe of Easy eggless Tiramisu

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Cocoa Powder for dusting
Cool Whipped Topping 1 tub Big
Cream Cheese 14(approx) Ounces
1 Tsp. Instant Coffee Dissolved In 1 Cup Of Water 1 cup Cup
Lady Fingers ( Small Oblong Sponge Cakes) 2 Bag
Milk Few TBSP. 1 Cup
Vanilla Essence 1 Teaspoons
Sugar To Enhance Taste If Needed 3/4 Cup

Directions

First beat up the cream cheese till soft and creamy. add the cool whipped topping to it and incorporate well. Add a few drops of vanilla essence to the mixture and blend well. add a few spoons of milk if needed to get the consistency of idli batter. Extra sugar is optional. Keep aside. In a small square cake pan dip each of the sponge lady's fingers in the instant coffee and arrange them lengthwise in the pan. Make sure the lady fingers are just dipped in and are not too wet or soggy.After the first layer is arranged, spoon the whipped mix over the first layer and spread it evenly. Then repeat the lady's finger into another layer on top of the mix. This way keep alternating layers till about 3-4 layes of sponge cake are done. Finish with the whipped cream mix on top. Spread it evenly to form a smooth top surface. Dust on the top surface with powdered cocoa powder. Allow to chill in fridge for 2 hours. Serve. Your eggless Tiramisu is ready. No one will know the difference.

i saw this at you tube for the first time. Then made it on my husband's birthday.. everybody loved it.
I like all recipes by vahrevah.com and the way the are explained with great tips make it so easy to cook. Thanks a lot..

I am not so sure that this is an eggless version. Most recipes on the net that say "Eggless" tiramisu are misleading as they have ladyfingers which contain eggs. My daughter has a severe egg allergy, so this recipe will not work for us.
