Recipe of methi leaves curry (dry)

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Turmeric 1/2 Teaspoons
Grated Coconut(fresh) 1 Cup
Coriander Leaves 1 Tablespoons
Curry Leaves 1 Springs
Fenugreek Leaves(methi) 2 Bunch
Peanut Oil 2 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Red Onion 1 Numbers

Directions

1.wash and take the leaves from the springs of methi and chop them fine 2.chop the onion . 3.take oil in the pan and add the onion and saute for a min or two when it is translusent and add methi leaves to it and curry leaves ,turmeric and coconut ,coriander leaves and garam masala and cook it without closing the lid as it may discolour the green colour. 4.u can serve them with chappati.

I made this methi recipe and found it very light, easy and fast to cook. Team it with some curry n rice. Lovely!
