Recipe of Navratan Korma

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Amchur(mango Pwd) 1/2 Piece
Ground Coriander Seeds 1 Teaspoons
Red Chillie Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Jeera ` 1/2 Teaspoons
Cilantro 1/2 Cup
Tomatoes(garnishing) 1/2 Piece
Hing Pinch
Shreded Ginger 1 Teaspoons
Sliced Carrot 1 Numbers
Red Belll Pepper 1/2 Piece
Peas 1/2 Cup
Beans 1/2 Cup
Cauliflower 1 Cup
Garam Masala 1/2 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Corn Starch 1/2 Teaspoons
Bay Leaves 2 Piece
Fresh Milk 1 Cup
Green Chillies 4-5(adjust) Piece
Panner (cubed And Fried) 10-12 cubes

Directions

Heat pan add oil,add jeera let that crackle,add pich of hing and bay leaves.stir it. In a cup mix grenn chillies,ginger,turmeric,chillie powder,coriander powder with some drops of water in it and mix it.Doing this do not burn the spices. Then add this spice paste to the pan and mix well till it starts leaving oil from sides.Add gobi,beans,peas,carrot and mix it.Cover and cook till its half cooked.Stir in between.In that time fry some panner in oil and keep aside. When veggies are half cooked add red bell pepper let it cook for some more time.in that time mix corn starch to milk and keep it.when veggies are done add the milk to it it.Stir it well.Add Salt and panner and mix it.cover and cook for 3-4 mins.At last add Garam masala and mango powder and coriander and mix it. then garnish it with tomatoes and serve with any kind of bread and rice.
