Recipe of Phulcobi Do Piaji

Cauliflower 1 Numbers
Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoons
Ginger 1 oz
Vinegar 1 Tablespoons
Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Tomato 1 Numbers
Green Chillies 4 Numbers
Onion 4 Numbers
Salt To Taste


Cut the cauliflower into medium size pieces. Cut the onions and toamtoes into small pieces. Grind the cumin seeds, ginger and green chillies. Mix it with the cauliflower pieces. Add vinegar and salt to it and keep it for 2 hours. Heat oil in a pan and put the onion pieces. Now put the cauliflowers into the pan and cover it with tomato pieces. Add the powdered spices. Cover the lid and lower the flame until cauliflower is cooked fully.
