Beetroot Puri Soya Kura Recipe

Ingredients used in Beetroot Puri Soya Kura Recipe
• Semolina - 1/2 cup.
• Beet root juice - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Soaked poppy seeds - 1/2 cup.
• Fresh coconut pieces - 1 cup.
• Whole garam masala - 2 number.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Drumstick (chopped) - 2 number.
• Carrots (chopped) - 2 number.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 2 number.
• Boiled meal maker - 1 cup.
• Boiled potato (chopped) - 2 number.
Method:
  • Take semolina in a bowl, add beetroot juice, salt, wheat flour and knead it into a stiff dough, if required even add a teaspoon of oil and knead well.
  • Blend soaked poppy seeds and fresh coconut pieces into a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in apan, add whole garam masala spices, curry leaves, chopped onions, salt and saute till onions slightly change in color.
  • Now add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, drumstick pieces, chopped carrot, coriander powder, red chili powder along with some water and cook it.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes andcook it with closed lid.
  • Add boiled meal maker, prepared coconut and poppy seeds to paste, boiled potatoes and cook it for about 5 minutes.
  • Now take small portions of dough, roll them into purisand deep fry in hot oil.

Beetroot Puri with Soya Curry is now ready to serve.
