DRY FRUIT STUFFED OKRA

Ingredients used in DRY FRUIT STUFFED OKRA
• Almonds - 6 numbers.
• Cashew nuts - 5 numbers.
• Sesame seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Poppy seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Fennel seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Raisins - 6 numbers.
• Amchur powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Okra - 10 numbers.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sev - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat the pan and add almonds, cashew nuts, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, fennel seeds and dry roast it.
  • To it add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, raisins and saute it later transfer into blender.
  • To it add amchur powder and make the smooth stuffing mixture.
  • Slit okra and stuff the mixture.
  • Heat little oil in the same pan and add stuffed okra and cook it on all side on slow flame.
  • When the colour changes add sev.

Now the dry fruit stuffed okra is ready to serve.
