GINGER AND LEMON TEA

Ingredients used in GINGER AND LEMON TEA
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Lemon grass(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Orange pekoe - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Crush the small ginger piece with pestle
  • Take a tea container and add water, milk, lemongrass, sugar, crussed ginger, orange pekoe and boil it for 2 minutes.
  • Check for seasoning and strain it into a cup.

Now the ginger and lemon tea is ready to serve.

I like orange pekoe - although I meant to say that when I used cardamom chai black it was very milky and there was no flavour of tea?
