Ingredients used in KER KISMIS
• Boiled ker - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Raisins - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Amchur powder - 1 pinch.
• Khoya - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, boiledker, asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt and mix it thoroughly.
  • Then add raisins, coriander powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, amchur powder and mix it thoroughly.
  • Then add khoya and saute it.
  • Now add coriander leaves then mix it thoroughly and serve.
