Ingredients used in KER KISMIS
• Boiled ker - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Raisins - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Amchur powder - 1 pinch.
• Khoya - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, boiledker, asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt and mix it thoroughly. Then add raisins, coriander powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, amchur powder and mix it thoroughly. Then add khoya and saute it. Now add coriander leaves then mix it thoroughly and serve.
