Ingredients used in POTATO PICKLE
• Garlic - 10 cloves.
• Coriander seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chillies - 4-5 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Coconut(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 4-5 tablespoons.
• Potato - 1 number.
Method:
  • Boil potato until 70% done and remove peel and cut into cubes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, coconut and saute it for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer into blender to make coarse paste.
  • Take a bowl and add potato pieces, lime juice, salt, above coarse paste and mix nicely.

Now potato pickle is ready to serve.
