Description: this is another variation of taro root dumpling
The dish is an excellent snack dish made of taro root and dried shrimp mixed together blended with few spices and deep fried.

Recipe of Stinky Delight Arbi and shrimp vadai

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Arbi -taro Root 1 Numbers
Dry Shrimp 100 Grams
Onion 1 Numbers
Red Chilli Paste 1 Teaspoons
Curry Leaves 7 Numbers
Baking Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Maida 1 Teaspoons
Salt as per taste
Oil to fry

Directions

  1. Take the arbi and remove the skin.grate the arbies, grated onion,chopped curry leaves,red chillie paste.
take the baking powder and mix it with the maida or all purpose flour,add
it to the arbi,add salt and mix it add dry shrimp and mix well.


2.Take a pan add oil to fry, make a small dumplings for this mixture and deep fry them in a very slow flame.

if you have left oil please don't throgh it here is the best recipe for this oil in my country my mom and g-mom used to cook shimp fry with onion and garlic is very crspy and you can only eat as like side rice and shirmp curry or and vegetables is most delicious pls try
2 cups of dry shrimp make a grained donot put water mostly you can coffee grainder
left over oil don't worry this recipe you need enough oil because dry shirmp is very dry
dry chill powder is better is very pure not crush
and ofcouse fry onion which i can buy form any indian g-shop and garlic fry usually any asian market mostly koren market in the bottle will this is a diffient story in my myanmar country we make our self because you need to really carefully fry so is dose not burn and too brown will if i ever have time i will show you how and how to fry
and fring part
you need to add those granied dry shirmp into the hot oil and turn the heat midd and fry for at less 30 min
and add the chill powder and mfg power and salt and trun the heat off we can wait for when is cool down add fry onion and garlic and this is it
