Ingredients used in Ghee making
• Curry leaves for smell - 1 large.
• Cream collected from curd - 1 cup.
• Fenugreek leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a pan add the butter taken from the Cream collected from Curd.
  • Now melt the butter till it is transparent add some curry leaves, fenugreek leaves for flavour, cook till slight golden brown color.
  • Once it is done strain the ghee.

this is how we do it in india.... we boil milk nd then when it cools down u get a thin layer on top of the milk... u remove that everyday and collect it in a box.... after a few days u make a paste in the mixer... and butter will separate from milk t
