Ingredients used in Aloo Bhujiya
• Chickpea flour - 1 cup.
• Roasted chana dal powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Amchur powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Potato( boiled and mashed) - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add chickpea flour, roasted chana dal powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, salt, mix it.
  • Now add butter and mix it again.
  • Then add boiled andmashed potatoand mix nicely.
  • Fill potato mixture in sev machine, press it in hot oil and deep fry it till they turns to light golden in color. Later transfer into paper towel.

Now aloo bhujiya is ready to serve.
