Ingredients used in Aloo Gobhi Mattar Rasam
• Cauli flower (chopped) - 1 number.
• Potato (chopped) - 3 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Hing - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 3 springs.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green peas - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Tomato puree - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add dry red chilies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds when they splutter, add chopped onions, hing, turmeric powder, curry leaves, tomato puree, ginger garlic paste and cooktill raw flavors are gone.
  • Now add curd, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, water and bring it to boil.
  • Add chopped cauliflower, potatoes and cook with closed lid.
  • Now add green peas, salt, sugar chopped coriander leaves andlet it boil for a while,

Spicy and delicious Aloo Gobhi Mattar Rasam is now ready to serve.
