Ingredients used in Benda Batata Masala
• Fried okra/ladies finger - 1/2 cup.
• Fried potatoes - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Onions - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric - 1 pinch.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Goda masala powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Black salt - 1 pinch.
• Tomatoes - 1-2 numbers.
• Sugar - 1 pinch.
• Roasted peanut powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Fresh coconut - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
Method:
In a hot pan add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves and saute it. When it color changes add onions, salt and saute it till the color changes. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, goda masala powder, coriander powder, black salt and slowly mix it. Then add tomato pieces, sugar, salt and mix it. Now add fried potatoes, fried okra mix it and add roasted peanut powder mix it nicely. Then add freshly grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves mix it again and switch of the flame *Now the dish is ready serve hot with cooked rice and roti’s.*

Is it possible to freeze dishes like this? I'm asking this since I will have a baby in 4 weeks and I would love to have great food prepared in advance when I'm not able to cook for a while then. My husband does not know how to cook this kind
