Ingredients used in Aloo Mutter Paneer Curry
• Oil - as required.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 2 number.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomato puree - 1 cup.
• Boiled potatoes/aloo (chopped) - 3 number.
• Green peas/ muttor - 1/2 cup.
• Cashew nuts (powder) - 1/2 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Paneer (cubes) - 100 grams.
• Capsicum/bell pepper (chopped) - 1 number.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Fresh cream - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder, green chilies, red chili powder, tomato puree and cook till oil oozes out of the gravy.
  • Now add boiled potato pieces, green peas, powdered cashew nuts along with some water and cook it to your minutes.
  • Add paneer, capsicum, garam masala powder, fresh cream to the same pan and cook by stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes.
  • Finally add some chopped coriander leaves.

Aloo Mutter Paneer Curry is now ready to serve.
