Ingredients used in CABBAGE ROLLS IN MINCE CHICKEN
• Minced chicken - 1 cup.
• Onion(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Carrot(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Celery(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• French beans(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Garlic - 5-6 clove.
• Onions(roughly chopped) - 1 number.
• Tomato(roughly chopped) - 1-1/2 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Cabbage leaves - 4 numbers.
• Mushroom - 1 cup.
Method:
Take a bowl and add minced chicken, onion, carrot, celery, french beans, green chillies, salt, egg white and mix stuffing mixture nicely. Take a blanched cabbage leaf and put stuffing mixture and roll it. Heat oil in a casserole and add garlic, onions, tomato, coriander powder, cumin powder and saute it. Add mushrooms, coriander leaves, cabbage rolls, water until cabbage rolls are covered and place the lid cook it for 15 minutes. Now cabbage roll with chicken mince is ready to serve with rice.
