- Take soaked and peeled almonds, milk in a blender, make it fine paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan add raisins, chopped cashew nuts and saute it.
- Now add the preparedpaste and cook till raw flavors are gone.
- Then add carrot juice and cook it for about 20 minutes.
- Add jaggery, cook till ghee oozes out, atlast sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well.
Badam Carrot Halwa is now ready to serve.
