Ingredients used in TORTILLAS
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - pinch.
• Butter (cube) - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, butter and mix nicely. 2
  • Add water and mix nicely to make a dough and rest it for 5 minutes.
  • Knead and divide dough into small portion and dust some flour and roll it.
  • Heat tawa and place tortillas on both side.

Now the thin tortillas are ready to serve.
