Ingredients used in Potato Green Peas Ka Cheela
• Green peas (soaked) - 1/2 cup.
• Onions (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Potato (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Rice flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Chickpea flour - 1 cup.
• Water (to mix batter) - as required.
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Boil green peas and keep aside. Take a bowl, add green peas, onions, green chillies, potato, salt, rice flour, chickpea flour mix nicely using water to make thick cheela batter. Heat pan with little oil, spread the above mixture and cook it on both sides on slow flame. Now the potato and green peas ka cheela is ready to serve.
