Ingredients used in BHARWA BHINDI
• Okra - 500 grams.
• Onions paste - 1 numbers.
• Tomato paste - 1 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Whole spices - 1 tablespoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Ground nuts paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - 0 to.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
1. For tempering, take a bowl add onion paste, tomato paste, whole garamasala, turmeric powder, red chili powder and ground nut paste. 2. Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside. 3. Then cut the okra from middle and stuff the mixture in it. 4. Heat some oil in pan and fry these okra in it for 5 min by closing it with a lid. 5. Now the dish is ready to serve.
