Ingredients used in Biryani Roti
• Sweet corn - 1/2 cup.
• Green peas - 1/2 cup.
• Carrot - 1/2 cup.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup.
• Biryani - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a blender, add sweet corn, green peas, carrot, mint leaves, coriander leaves, grind to a coarse paste and transfer to a bowl.
  • Now coarselygrind biryani rice,transfer to the same bowl, add salt, wheat flour, knead to asoft dough withoutadding any water and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  • Take requiredportions of dough, roll to rotis, fry on both sides, apply butter on top and transferto a plate.

Serve hot Biryani Roti with raita of your choice.
