Ingredients used in BREAD JAMUNS
• Cardamom powder - half tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Bread - 10 piece.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take bread and remove the browns and keep it a side .
  • Take water in a small vessel.Now take bread whites just sprinkle water and make it in to round balls and take the browns also and do it in the same way.
  • Fry this in oil in low flame.simultaneously while frying make sugar syrup like water, sugar and add cardamom powderto it and boil it and drop the fried balls in it and let it cool.
