Wash and cut broccoli into small florets. Take a large pan add oil. Now add mustard seeds. After spluttering add urad dhal. Then add the cut florets and salt. cover and cook in medium high flame until it cooks fully and becomes soft. Now add corriander and chilli powder. Mix nicely. Cover and cook in low flame for further 3 to 4 mins. Serve hot with chapathi/roti.
