Double Roti Pizza

Ingredients used in Double Roti Pizza
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Yeast - 1 tablespoon.
• Water (lukewarm) - as required.
• Tomatoes (roundels) - 1 number.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1 tea spoon.
• Cauliflower (florets) - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic (slices) - 1 tea spoon.
• Banana pepper (slices) - 1 tea spoon.
• Capsicum (slices) - 1 tea spoon.
• Mozzarella cheese (grated) - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take yeast in a bowl, addlukewarm water along with a pinch of salt and keep aside.
  • Now add all-purpose flour, salt (to taste), knead well to prepare a soft dough and keep aside.
  • After around 20 minutes, knead it again and spread it evenly as a thick roti in a tray (i.e., to a medium size).
  • Now, top it with roundels of tomatoes, spread tomato ketchup, mixed herbs, cauliflower florets, slices of garlic, banana pepper, and capsicum slices.
  • Finally, top it with gratedmozzarellacheese and bake it for around 15 minutes.

DeliciousDouble Roti Pizza is now ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
