Ingredients used in CAULIFLOWER PAKODA
• Maize flour - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 1 tablespoons.
• Carom seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander seeds(crushed) - 1 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 1 springs.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Onions(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Cauliflower florets(small pieces) - 1 cup.
• Oil - 0 to fry.
Method:

1. Take a bowl and add maize flour, green chillies, carom seeds, crushed coriander seeds, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, finely chopped onions, little water and mix thoroughly like the bajji batter. 2. Add cauliflower florets(small pieces) and mix thoroughly. 3. Heat oil in a pan and drop in the pakoda using hands and deep fry them until golden brown in colour. 4. Now the hot pakodas are ready to serve.
