Ingredients used in CORNMEAL MUFFINS
• Cornmeal - 50 gallons.
• Icing sugar - 50 grams.
• All purpose flour - 50 grams.
• Egg - 1 no.
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Baking powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.

Soak cornmeal for 1-2hrs. Take butter and icing sugar in a bowl and mix it well to make cream. Now add egg mixture little by little and mix it. Also add vanilla essence. In a different bowl take flour and baking powder, add this in egg mixture. Make a paste by mixing it thoroughly. Add soaked cornmeal into this and mix it nicely. Grease muffin mould with some butter and put the mixture in this. Bake this on 180 degrees centigrade for 15-20 mins. After 20mins of baking they are ready to taste.
