CORNMEAL MUFFINS

Ingredients used in CORNMEAL MUFFINS
• Cornmeal - 50 gallons.
• Icing sugar - 50 grams.
• All purpose flour - 50 grams.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Baking powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Soak cornmeal for 1-2 hours. Take butter and icing sugar in a bowl and mix it well to make the cream.
  • In a different bowl take flour and baking powder, and add this in egg mixture. Make a paste by mixing it thoroughly.
  • Add soaked cornmeal into this and mix it nicely.
  • Grease muffin moulds with some butter and put the mixture in this.
  • Bake this at 180 degrees centigrade for 15-20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes of baking, they are ready to taste.
