Ingredients used in CousCous Pilaf
• Couscous - 1 cup.
• Carrot - 1 number.
• Celery(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Veg broth - 1 can.
• Almond - 2 numbers.
Method:
  • Use some of the broth to saute the veggies. Add remainder of broth, bring to boil.
  • In hat add couscous. cover pot. remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes.
  • Add chopped almond which gives nice crunch too.
    Serve hot
