Ingredients used in CRAB MANCHURIA
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Crab - 200 grams.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Corn flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chillies (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Green bell pepper (chopped) - 1/2 number.
• Spring onions (white chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chili sauce - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Red chili paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Spring onions (green chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add ½ beaten egg, crabs, all purpose flour, corn flour, a little salt, mix nicely and coat crab pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan, deep fry crab pieces and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies, green bell pepper, white of spring onions, green chili sauce, red chili paste, salt (to taste), vinegar, soya sauce and saute it.
  • Now, add crabs and saute it, garnish with chopped spring onions green part and mix nicely.

Now crab manchurian is ready to serve.
