Ingredients used in CROSTINI
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Milk - 1/4 cup.
• Red chilly flakes - 1 teaspoons.
• Spinach leaves - 6-8 numbers.
• Cheese(grated) - 1 tablespoons.
• Celery stick - 3 numbers.
Method:

1. Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, salt, butter and mix it. 2. Later add little milk and make soft dough. 3. Roll into lengths sheet cut edges, later cut into big triangles. 4. On it sprinkle red chilly flakes, arrange spinach leaves, with cheese and place celery stick, roll it like as shown in video to give a crostini shape. 5. Place them on baking tray and give a milk wash, later bake in oven at 200 degree for 15-20 mins. 6.Now crostini is ready to serve.
