Ingredients used in DAL PARATHA
• Tur dal (boiled) - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Garlic (chopped) - 3 clove.
• Green chilli(chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - ½ tea spoon.
• Coriander - ½ bunch.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, finely chopped garlic, green chili, boiled toor dal, salt, cook this until dal mixture is dry. Transfer this
  • Transfer this to a plate and add chopped coriander and let it cool.
  • Divide the dough into roundels and roll each round a little flat and place some filling in the centre, close from all the sides. And roll as thin as possible.
  • Heat tava and fry the paratha using oil on both sides.

Serve this with any pickle.
