Ingredients used in Dosa Curry Sandwich
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 4 cloves.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spring onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Amaranth leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Paneer - 1/2 cup.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Dosa batter - 1/2 cup.
• Tomato ketchup - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Firstly heat oil in a pan add garlic, chopped onions, salt and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then add spring onions, amaranth leaves, chopped coriander, paneer pieces and mix it well.
  • To that add egg and saute it for few more minutes by adding pepper powder and transfer into a plate.
  • Now Heat two pans spread the dosa batter and prepare a thick size dosas.
  • On the top of one dosa put the paneer mixture and cook it by adding some oil.
  • Finally, add tomato ketchup and cover it with another plain dosa, seal the edges and cook both sides until itgets a nice color.
  • Serve it hot by cutting into pieces.
