Boiled Egg Pepper Paratha

Ingredients used in Boiled Egg Pepper Paratha
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
• Boiled eggs - 4 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Chat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Crush pepper - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Mix the wheat flour with salt, water and make a dough out of it and rest it for 10 minutes.
  • Take out 1 equal portion out of the dough. Place flour on a flat-bottomed dish. Dip one dough ball at a time in the flour and roll out to a large roti or flat layer.
  • Now dip one side of the roti in the flour. Place it back to the rolling board floured side down.
  • Then place the sliced boiled eggs and add one beaten egg and seal it and cut with the pizza cutter.
  • Now take a pan and add oil and place the paratha and cook it both sides.
  • Then sprinkle the chat masala and crushed pepper.

Serve with curd are a pickle.
