Ingredients used in Fat Free Paneer Wrap - Be Fit Be Cool - AAPI
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoons.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chili ripened - 2 numbers.
• Honey - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Paneer - 100 grams.
• Tomato (slices) - 2 numbers.
• Cabbage (slices) - 1/4 cup.
• Basil - 5 - 6 leaf.
• Green apple (slices) - 1 numbers.
• Alfa alfa - 1/4 cup.
• Cucumber (slices) - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - 0 to.
Method:
1.Take a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt and add some water make a soft dough and rest it for few minutes.
2.Take bowl add vinegar, pepper, salt, ripened red chilly slices and Honey mix it well.
3.Take a mixing bowl add Paneer (cut them into pieces and crush it ), tomato slices, cabbage, basil, slices of green apple, cucumber slices, cheese and mix it well and pour the vinegar mixture and again mix it well.
4.Take the dough and roll it like a sheet and cook the roti on the tawa.
5.Place the mixture on the roti and fold it and cut into two pieces and serve it.

again how can paneer be fat free. you could have used Tofu or even Shaan Dofu(Burmese tofu made from Chickpea) for a healthy fat free version.?
